TEST DRIVE MARSHALL Job Description - Job Description of TD Marshall: • Supporting the dealer management in coordinating between different outlets for movement of Test Drive Vehicles and keeping periodic check on condition and upkeep of the cars and driving the KPIs • Most important Test Drive KPIs and targets – • Adherence - Overall TD 70%, Walk-in TD 90%, Digital TD 50%, No Customer complaints on TD not given / wrongly reported TD. • Quality - TD Distance kms (<1km within 5%), TD Duration mins (<5 mins within 5%), High Overall Customer Satisfaction score (Top Box Ratings >90% on TD feedback. • Coordinate between different SCs, SMs, Service department etc to escalate and resolve concerns around pertaining to the durability and performance of Test Drive Vehicles Adequacy : All Dealerships to achieve 100% Adequacy for TD Marshall by 31st May, 2023 and ensure Adequacy throughout FY’24 2 Tasks 1. Define the day wise allocation for the TD car between various outlets in consultation with sales managers and as per enquiry load. 2. Ensure Day to day movement of Test drive cars as per the defined allocation 3. Approve the allocation changes of Test Drive to outlet basis any exigencies 4. Monitor daily productivity /Utilization of test drives Vehicles 5. Check on the reason for low utilization of the TD car and address the same 6. Check on the feedback of TD received, and address issues especially related to condition and availability of the car 7. Ensure all test drive cars are in As Good As New Condition, accessories installed, Demo sticker installed, TD checklist followed etc. 8. Physically audit each TD car of the dealership at least once a month and keep records 9. Coordinate with accounts, service etc for timely fueling, cleaning, maintenance etc. towards minimizing the downtime for each car. Qualification and Experience 1. Graduate, Minimum 3 years’ experience in auto industry preferably in support roles like operations support, delivery in-charge etc. 2. Must be willing to travel to all dealer branches 3. Proficient in excel, good in documentation – check lists, processes etc. 4. Prompt in escalating and solving concerns
